The registration fee shown in the table includes the costs of preparing the conference, preparing the Book of Abstracts and Contributed Papers, conference kit, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, excursion and conference dinner for in-situ participants, and welcome cocktail, excursion and conference dinner for accompanying persons.

The technical organizer, PanaComp Agency, will send an email with details about the payment. The registration fee can be paid with Bank Transfer and online with a credit card.

​

Lunches will be organized in the restaurant of the Institute of Physics Belgrade. The price is not included in the registration fee but is low. Details will be provided later, and registration for lunches will be organized immediately before or during the conference.

​Financial support

 

The Organizing Committee will try to find sources of financial support related to the reduction of the registration fee for a limited number of participants. The participants interested in financial support should send their request and a one-page abstract to BOTH email addresses sandrast@ipb.ac.rs and sdragovic@vin.bg.ac.rs until 10 May 2023.
